Edgar and Sean came to check on the system we put in about 7 months ago. They always go out of their way to make sure we’re happy and that everything is still working and up to speed. Very professional and helpful. My new unit came with a service that has Haven come out every 6 months or so to check the unit. Great company

Very professional and responsive. My heater was not working properly and Haven was able to send out Cody the same day within 2 hours. Cody is very professional, polite and very knowledgable. Fixed the issue very quickly and the charge was minimal. Would highly recommend Haven.

Our furnace was down, so no A/C and no heat. Even before our furnace was down, our A/C stopped working. We called Mighty Ducts/Haven and they were able to send Cody to our home. Cody was very professional and friendly. He explained to us what happened and provided us with a repair estimate. He was able to repair our furnace, including getting our A/C up and running the same day. He also resolved other issues we’ve had with the vents. He is efficient and is a very hard worker. 100% Grade A service and reliability from the the customer service, repair consult, sales and installation crew. Our old unit was 23 years old and costing a fortune to run (even with solar energy). I did my due diligence and searched for a solid company with great reviews and reputation and Haven Air is the best. We live in Ontario and they are based in Anaheim. It was a big job for our 3200 sf home, taking 2 full days. They were never late, cleaned up thoroughly every time, very courteous employees, knowledgeable and professional every step. Andreas Laux was my lead sales guy and man on the job. No pressure to purchase anything and was thorough in his explanation of the different units available for our size home. He followed up with me every day and kept me informed. I was very comfortable with him and highly recommend this company for either repair or a new A/C or furnace. I dont do social media but i wanted anyone looking for help with their system to know you can trust these guys to do good honest work for you and for the years to follow maintaining the unit for you. Julian and Edgar were so helpful and friendly. They did a very thorough inspection of the whole system, and took the time to review all their findings with me. They broke down all their recommendations by what they would do to improve the system and how urgent they were. They took time to answer all my questions and gave me lots of fantastic advice. I tried Haven based on a recommendation from a friend who found them on Yelp, and now I've already recommended them to another friend. Will definitely call them back if I need any repairs done on my AC system.

I discovered Haven through Yelp, and I’m glad I went with them for my A/C tune-up/inspection. Cody was the technician that they scheduled and he was phenomenal. Everything was first class from start to finish. Andreas took a great amount of time to explain what needed to be done, and went through the options. Spending about 90 minutes just to show what needed to be done, explaining the process, and writing estimates. Other companies did not take the time or effort. The work crews were friendly and professional, on time, and cleaned up well. A/C and furnace replaced in 2 days. Home left spotless. They treated it like their own home. Updates by text and email. Haven is my go to for heating and A/C. I used them about 6 months for a heating issue and again for AC maintenance. They are easy to work with. They can explain the situation in an understandable way. They are hardworking, professional and have a positive attitude.

Haven Air Conditioning is as professional an organization as you will ever come across. Our whole crew was outstanding from the start, with Julien doing the initial visit and Andreas helping with the estimate and getting us the right product for our home. Sean, Gilbert, Jerry, and Joe were all exceptional during the installation. They were courteous and kind to our entire family. Andreas has incredible attention to detail and we have full confidence the system was installed and functioning properly when they left. Andreas was open and honest about the cost of the system, didn’t try to upsell and worked to find the best solution for us. We had a complicated installation and our furnace closet looks 100x better than it did before. I can’t recommend this company enough, definitely give them a call for all of your HVAC needs!

Haven AC replaced my AC and Heater a few years back. Since then I am 100% satisfied with the unit and semi annual checks to assure my AC and Heater is ready when the weather is. I found pricing reasonable for the high quality products and valued service. On Sunday I was able to leave a text back request because my unit was not acting right and assured within 20 mins I was on the schedule for Monday. Cody M the technician is courteous, knowledgeable and very positive attitude. I highly recommend Haven AC to meet your needs for quality service and installation. My home is always my Haven now from Winter to Summer.

Called Heven Air to look into a problem that started happend when we started our AC. They were super repsonsive and accomidating to schedule a time. They also informed me of the pricing befor had and how it would be applied if anything other than inspection was needed. Cody ( the tech that came out) was one of the most professional and pleasent people I have had the pleaure of meeting. He fixed my initial issue, then complete a full system inspection were we discored another compent that was about to fail. He explained the possible options and choices and I was able to make a good choice to keep my AC system working for the forseeable future.

We recently installed a brand new comfort system in our home through Haven after 5 years of not having AC. We’ve done a ton of remodeling and contractor work in our home over the years and Haven was probably the friendliest and most professional team of people we’ve ever worked with, no cap. From the initial contact with the office staff all the way through the installation technicians, they were truly the best. I wish they did more than just AC work…I would call them over to help me with everything in my house lol

Scope of work: 3 separate services over 2+ years that include old ducts and air return upgrade, AC unit repair, ductless system installation Service: From the initial phone call to on-site visits/work days, each interaction has been nothing short of friendly, thorough, and seamless. Andreas is patient in explaining scope of work and never seems to get tired of answering the many questions we have. The office staff are excellent communicators as well and are easy to get a hold of by phone or email. Workmanship: Andreas is extremely knowledgeable and detailed oriented, and he holds his team to a high standard. All this makes it easy to trust that they'll complete the project efficiently and up to par. No issues have come up with the upgrade, maintenance, and installation that have been done. Cost: Comparable with other bids or just a tad more expensive in our experience. But for the workmanship, choice of components, and peace of mind that the job will be done well, any higher cost was well justified. We've used Haven on 3 separate services in the last 2.5 years and plan on calling them whenever we need work done on our air filter and AC system. I think that speaks volume in terms of how much we value their unparalleled customer service and expertise. Like another reviewer wrote, I also wish Haven does more than AC work because I'd love to go to them for all my home improvement projects. If only more contractors share their level of professionalism, home improvement projects would be a lot more enjoyable!

My wife and I used Haven to install an air conditioning unit. The whole process was very pleasant. Management and staff communicate very well. This company is top notch. They just did a new install of A/C for us last year. They were here today for a check up. Very professional, they know their stuff and have reasonable rates. Do yourself a favor and get them on-board to take care of your A/C heating needs. You'll be glad you did.

Durningn two days last week in spring when it reached near 100º we found out or A/C went out. We asked a few friends in the area who's was good and Haven was referred. I was quickly contacted confirming availability and then a time frame that would work for both of us. Cody M. reached out that he was on his way in 45 mins. He did an assessment and troubleshooted the issue. It was fixed in a quick time frame. He was very Professional, and Courteous. I would highly recommend them again for a visit.

My heating and air condition units were old and I found out that the ducts were old code and should be up graded. So I had 4 companies review and give me a recommendation and cost for upgrading the complete system. Thankfully Haven Air Conditioning (previously Mighty Ducts) was one of the companies. They were very professional and honest in what they bid and recommend while the others either recommended more then I needed or did not include upgrading the ducts (which they might try to include later after they installed the units). Haven Air Conditioning price was very fair - so I went with them. Not only did they keep the work area clean they also at no cost to me cleaned up all the trash that I stored by the old unit. Julien and his crew were friendly and hard working and completed the job in 3 days. They also found out two of the downstairs outlets were not working and had to open up the walls and ceiling to find the hidden duct that was disconnected and fixed it at no extra charge and with just two small cuts in my walls (other contractors said that they would have to remove a large part of my ceiling to open these outlets). So I highly recommend them because they do the complete project with no extras and their work is first rate and the system they installed is so much better that what I had. They also made sure I got all the rebates and their employees were clean, friendly, respectful and a joy to have around.

Haven replaced the AC and furnace units as well as installed smart thermostats for my 2-story home over the summer. Since this is a major purchase, I obtained quotes from multiple contractors in the area. They quotes ranged greatly in terms of price, manufacturer, warranty, and post-installation servicing commitments. (Hint: avoid contractors sourced from big box club warehouses.) After much research and and evaluation, I selected Haven. While the quote was not the absolute lowest bid, I decided that I would get the most *value* by selecting the contractor that was most responsive, knowledgeable, thorough, and that installed reliable and well-reviewed makes and models that I could expect to last. Andreas came out and completely put me at ease with his expertise and low pressure sales pitch. He was the only contractor to notice and discuss my unique needs (the narrow pathway at the side of my home required slimline units) and city permitting requirements. His quiet confidence and knowledge is apparent in conversation. Other contractors gave me fast quotes that may have resulted in either delays, additional costs, or permit violations. It just so happened that Andreas’ team scheduled installation on what would be the hottest day of the summer. The record-setting heat did not impact or impair the team who arrived on time and completed a full installation in one day. I was impressed at how incredibly polite and considerate every single member of this team was throughout the installation. Both my upstairs and downstairs units are being used daily and without incident, and I have already had my first pre-season heating check up. Trustworthy, reliable contractors are hard to find. For anyone nervous about making a similar purchase, I would give a strong recommendation for Haven Air Conditioning.

I was very pleased with Mighty Ducts (now Haven Air). We decided to replace our HVAC system which was almost 30 years old. I had met Andreas about 3 years ago in the Home Depot parking lot where he gave me a card since I was considering replacing our ductwork. I kept an eye on their reviews and we finally decided to pull the plug to replace the whole system. Andreas was thorough in evaluating our system and providing details/recommendations to improve our system. The quote was higher than I had hoped, but the cost of all construction material is way higher than it was a year ago. Their staff kept us in the loop as the installation day approached and their team arrived on time for our 2-day project. Their crew was thorough and the journeymen were some of the hardest working people I've seen. As a supervisor, I would love to have such motivated people. I can't speak highly enough about their attention to detail. They modified a couple of the tasks while installing the new system which they had not anticipated. but still made the adjustments to the project even though they didn't have to do the extra work. The entire crew was great and Matt was a great Project Manager. Marie kept us in the loop the whole time and was very patient with all my calls. We had this work completed in late May 2021 and the installed AC actually developed a problem after a few weeks. Andreas came out immediately, diagnosed the problem, and completed all the warranty paperwork to replace the AC unit ... which has been working well since being replaced. I highly recommend this company and thanks to Mighty Ducts / Haven for keeping us cool this summer and for many years to come!

I had Haven Air replace my 22 year old HVAC system. I had a few estimates from various places but found Haven to be the most professional. Time was taken prior to any recommendations. The biggest thing I appreciated was that there was no pressure and no game playing with sign now and we give you this amount off......something I totally hate. I was given a fair price and allowed a some wiggle room as well. I did not sign right away but took some time to think about it and they respected that.

The folks at Haven did a wonderful job replacing our old HVAC with a new, energy efficient Heat Pump. They had to manage through Pandemic issues including Supply Chain interruption but Marie kept us up to date on what was happening. Julian and Matt completed the job with a quality installation and complete functionality. We couldn't be happier.

He has provided installation services for heating and air conditioning units, ductwork, and an attic fan. He has never tried to oversell, and patiently explains in layman's terms what needs to be done, and why. His crews are efficient and polite, and reflect his strong commitment to quality service. His maintenance programs have helped identify problems before they could become major issues. This company is top-notch!

Look no further. There are a lot of 5 stars out there that should really be 3 HAVEN is a true 5 star company. Service. Quality. Responsiveness. Friendliness. The bar is set with Haven and the Mighty Ducts. This team has it all and they are a small family business--support them! We recently moved into a new home with two aging units. A consultation was set up immediately -- asking all the right questions. What were our our goals. What temperatures inside do we prefer. What temperatures do we like to sleep at. Do seasonal allergies bother us. Any upcoming remodel projects to be aware of. Everything. Once the work was sketched out and designed, an incredibly detailed and professional estimate was created capturing every detail discussed. THE WORK: We relocated one furnace unit into the garage as ceiling mounted and utilized the existing unit in the attic for the rest of the home. We added two new AC units on both sides of the home with all new ducting throughout.. We elected to have the HEPA filter installed into both units--I can't believe how clean our air inside is now! All of this controlled by four zones vs the previous two we had. We also have a detached office in which we added a mini split unit into for comfort while working remotely. Project was so much bigger than I can capture here--8 days to finish the install, 1 more to tune/tweak the system. The units? Silent. My refrigerator is louder than these! The team was luxury brand friendly -- hello sir/mam on every interaction, polite, friendly, smiling, all the right next level interactions. With how happy the employees are, I would guess this company is also a best in class organization to be employeed by. Work was incredibly clean, never left a mess or caused any type of damage or cleanliness issues. If "leave no trace" is not a company mantra, you wouldn't know-they are CLEAN! Follow up was and should be an example for all—recaps after each day, walk throughs as to what is being done, what is left for the day, what is being done the next day. Once the install was done, the team came back out a week later to resolve any notes/concerns, "frustrations" as they call it-you'll never be deserted. They worked through everything and tuned the system for optimal comfort. If you are still "shopping" around after this review, read it again. If you want a company that truly delivers on every single expectation, go with HAVEN. If you don't care about quality, interaction, employee satisfaction -- keep shopping...

They updated my vent network and replaced my old Air/heating system, it is so nice. I use their bi-yearly maintenance plan to keep it in top shape. Professional and friendly service. Been a customer for 6 years.
