Very professional and responsive. My heater was not working properly and Haven was able to send out Cody the same day within 2 hours. Cody is very professional, polite and very knowledgable. Fixed the issue very quickly and the charge was minimal. Would highly recommend Haven.

Our furnace was down, so no A/C and no heat. Even before our furnace was down, our A/C stopped working. We called Mighty Ducts/Haven and they were able to send Cody to our home. Cody was very professional and friendly. He explained to us what happened and provided us with a repair estimate. He was able to repair our furnace, including getting our A/C up and running the same day. He also resolved other issues we’ve had with the vents. He is efficient and is a very hard worker. We would recommend this company to our friends and family. We really appreciate your professionalism and hard work, thank you Cody!

100% Grade A service and reliability from the the customer service, repair consult, sales and installation crew. Our old unit was 23 years old and costing a fortune to run (even with solar energy). I did my due diligence and searched for a solid company with great reviews and reputation and Haven Air is the best. We live in Ontario and they are based in Anaheim. It was a big job for our 3200 sf home, taking 2 full days. They were never late, cleaned up thoroughly every time, very courteous employees, knowledgeable and professional every step. Andreas Laux was my lead sales guy and man on the job. No pressure to purchase anything and was thorough in his explanation of the different units available for our size home. He followed up with me every day and kept me informed. I was very comfortable with him and highly recommend this company for either repair or a new A/C or furnace. I dont do social media but i wanted anyone looking for help with their system to know you can trust these guys to do good honest work for you and for the years to follow maintaining the unit for you. Top furnace maintenance tips

Ensure nothing obstructs the furnace’s minimum clearances (refer to your installation/owner’s manual). Nothing should touch the venting system (fire safety) and restrict combustion air to the furnace intake louvers. Avoid using your furnace equipment closet or garage platform as a storage area. It poses a safety concern and makes it difficult to access the equipment in the case of an emergency.
Air filter maintenance – Ensure that the furnace filter is replaced per the manufacturer’s requirements. That means that your typical 1” filters need to be replaced every 3 months and your thicker IAQ filters between 3 months and a year. You can call our Front Desk for more information on your specific filter.

Note that ALL Haven Installations include a hospital-grade MERV16 Air Filtration System that requires an annual filter replacement.

Inspect the furnace periodically after it rains and ensure no water leaks into the furnace from the venting system (flue).
Pay attention to any abnormal sounds during the furnace’s operation. Turn the unit off if it does not sound right to you!
If your system is installed in the attic, ensure no water is in the secondary protection pan.

Basic furnace troubleshooting tips

The thermostat is set for heat, but nothing happens. If the thermostat is battery-powered, make sure the batteries are still good. Verify that there is power to the furnace. Confirm that the furnace door is fastened properly.

Call us for service if the above does not resolve the problem.

The furnace clicks, but the burners will not come on. There is a problem with the ignition system. Turn the appliance off and call us for service.
The burners come on for a while, but the blower motor does not. This indicates that either the blower motor, the main control board blower relay or safety has failed/opened. Turn the appliance off and call us for service.

Does my ductless installation need to be permitted by the city?

Yes. All HVAC installations (replacement or original) in California require city permits and HERS verification.

Unpermitted work can cause problems because most home insurances will not cover unpermitted work.

Haven Air conditioning will handle the permitting and Title 24 HERS process for you.
